    services operated by or on behalf of Tendrl, Inc. Use of this client or

    service, whether public or private, is expressly prohibited.

  3. Definition of Derivative Work
    For the purposes of this license, a “derivative work” includes any software
    that incorporates, adapts, reimplements, or replicates any substantial
    portion of the Software’s structure, communication protocol, data handling
    logic, user interface behavior, or architectural design — regardless of
    whether the resulting work includes literal copies of the original code.

  4. Use of Design or Implementation Concepts
    You may inspect and study the Software solely to understand its design.
    Use of unique or novel implementation patterns, protocols, or architectures
    from the Software in another product, whether directly or indirectly,
    requires prior written permission from Tendrl, Inc.

  5. No Competing Use
    Use of this Software or its design to develop or assist in developing any
    product or service that competes with Tendrl, Inc., directly or indirectly,
    is strictly prohibited.

All other rights under the original MIT License remain unaffected.

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
